Movement and dance teacher

I’m a movement and dance teacher, certified HeartMath practitioner, cranio-sacral therapist and
Rolfing structural integration practitioner and creator of the Move In Mind method, based on
mindful breathing, movement, and kinesthetic/sensory imagery.

I integrate my background in neuroscience and psychophysiology with somatic disciplines and
storytelling, drawing from myths and symbols common to spiritual healing practices from
ancient traditions to improve self-regulation, enhance mind-body balance, and build resilience.

I work mostly with women who want to reconnect with their bodies and natural cycles through
breathing and movement, but I’m open to anyone who wants to reconnect with themselves and
Improve self-regulation and body acceptance through mindful movement and dance explorations.

Those who work with me appreciate my ability to transmit calmness, create a safe space to
transmute depleting emotions into regenerating ones, and provide practical tools to transform
challenges into resources, experiencing life as a joyful dance—always with a spark of humor.
