This Introduction to Psychodrama Workshop is for any professional seeking to connect playfulness, role-play, and spontaneity in their practice.
Psychodrama is practiced in group therapy, as well as with educators, social workers, artists, lawyers, and community workers who are seeking to acquire emotional flexibility, confidence, and a deeper understanding of themselves and others.
In this workshop, you will obtain:
- basic psychodrama techniques and tools
- Safety protocols
- a safe-enough and welcoming learning environment
- hands-on, active opportunities to practice
- The opportunity to start gathering hours for a psychodrama certificate with Master Psychodramatist Heidi Landis
What is it like working with Heidi?
I worked with Heidi Landis when she did the psychodrama introduction class in my drama therapy Master’s.
Some of my most consistent tools have been to work with psychodrama tools that I learned in my introduction to psychodrama course. These have allowed me to add a deeper layer to all the work I do with clients, especially when we get ‘stuck’.
