Drama Therapist
As a therapist with ADHD and a Learning Disability, I deeply understand how different brains work and thrive. If you or your child has been misunderstood we will work well together. I’m queer-informed and experienced supporting adults and children who have had negative past experiences with therapy.
My sessions may include drawing, talking, role play, improv, painting, movement, or meditation—no art or acting experience needed. Together, we’ll explore tools to manage stress, navigate transitions, express fears that are holding you back and strengthen relationships. Learn how to help organize your home, get things done, and build new friendships.
I have crisis de-escalation training, I have training specifically working with LGBTQ plus IA communities I have training around supporting neurodivergent individuals around sexual health. I have seeked supervision and read several books on how to work well with folks with PDA profiles within the autistic community through play based interventions.
